2. Hosting

This website is hosted by IONOS SE, Elgendorfer Straße 57, 56410 Montabaur, Germany. When you visit the website, the hosting provider automatically collects so-called server log files transmitted by your browser (e.g. IP address, date and time of the request, browser type, operating system, page requested). This data is technically necessary to deliver the website securely and reliably, and is deleted automatically after a short period. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in the secure operation of the website). We have a data processing agreement with IONOS pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR.

3. Fonts (Google Fonts)

This website uses fonts provided by Google Ireland Limited ("Google Fonts"). When you visit a page, your browser loads the required fonts directly from Google's servers, which may transmit your IP address to Google. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in a consistent, fast-loading website). For more information, see Google's privacy policy: policies.google.com/privacy.

4. Membership, contract & ClubConnector app

When you take out a membership, we process core data (name, address, date of birth), contact details, contract and payment data (including bank details for SEPA direct debit) on the basis of Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (performance of a contract). To complete a membership, a button on this website ("Become a Member") redirects you to the booking system of our provider, ClubKonzepte24; data entered there is processed by ClubKonzepte24, and its own privacy policy applies in addition. Membership administration, studio access and class bookings run through the ClubConnector app operated by a third-party provider, with whom we have a data processing agreement under Art. 28 GDPR.

5. Video surveillance

We use video surveillance in the entrance area and on the training floor for the safety of members and equipment (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, legitimate interest). Footage is generally deleted after 72 hours unless it is needed to preserve evidence.

6. Contacting us by phone and WhatsApp

If you contact us via the phone or WhatsApp button, you leave our website. The WhatsApp service is operated by WhatsApp Ireland Limited (or Meta Platforms Ireland Limited); its own privacy terms apply. We recommend reviewing WhatsApp's privacy notices before getting in touch.

7. Links to social networks

This website links to our Instagram profile. This is a plain link without an embedded social plugin – visiting this website does not transmit any data to Instagram/Meta. Only if you actively click the link and open Instagram does Meta Platforms Ireland Limited's privacy policy apply.

8. Google Analytics & cookie consent

We use Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google Ireland Limited, to statistically evaluate how our website is used (e.g. page views, time on page, visitor origin). This involves the use of cookies and the transfer of usage data to Google's servers, potentially including servers in the US. Google Analytics is only loaded on our site after you give consent via the cookie banner (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) – without consent, no analytics tracking takes place at all. You can withdraw your consent at any time for the future by clearing your browser's cookies and reloading the page; the banner will then appear again.

Cookies set upon consent include _ga and _ga_* (Google Analytics 4, retained for up to 14 months). More information: policies.google.com/privacy.

9. Cookies at a glance

The only technically necessary cookie/local storage entry stores your choice in the cookie banner (legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, legitimate interest in a functioning consent mechanism). All other cookies (Google Analytics) are set only after active consent, see section 8.

10. Retention period

Personal data is stored only as long as necessary for the respective purpose. Contract and payment records are subject to statutory retention periods of up to ten years.
